A native Texan, I grew up in Mauriceville, a small town in Southeast Texas. I currently live in Driftwood with my husband, Kirby. Our son, Jackson is a student at the University of Arkansas, where he majors in Business with a minor in History and performs in the Razorback Marching Band. He plays both trombone and bass guitar. Kirby retired from teaching at Dripping Springs High School in 2026 and is now exploring new professional interests. Before settling in the beautiful Texas Hill Country, we lived in Houston and Dallas, but we have truly found our home in Central Texas.

Scott and Kaimey were one of the first families I met after moving to Austin in 2017. Our relationship grew through our kids’ school and church and has since evolved into a professional partnership. The integrity, values, and culture at Avant are exactly what I have always sought in a professional environment.

My path to finance began in the retail industry where I managed large teams and operations for major brands across the US and Canada. I specialized in building client relationships and translating vision into action to drive growth. Through strong collaboration, I helped companies achieve their strategic, financial, and operational objectives. I am excited to apply that same knowledge and passion to help clients reach their personal financial goals. Currently, I support client financial planning work and technology implementation while working toward my CFP® certification.

I am an avid reader and enjoy expressing my creativity through my home and personal style. Kirby is a huge sports fan, and we take full advantage of living in Austin by attending UT football and baseball games. As a family, we love to travel; we prioritize exploring new places and connecting with new people, as these experiences create the memories we value most. We also love Austin’s vibrant food scene and are always trying new restaurants with friends. We are a family that loves music, and you will often find us at local live music events.
